Market Conversation System™ is an Internet architecture. It was created for the advancement and development of client brands as part of Traskconsultancy Brand Guidance Program™.
[MCS]™ was designed to address issues and market place opportunities created by the Internet. To facilitate the adaptation of the Internet as an efficient vehicle of conversation between organizations and their Markets, (Markets defined in the broadest sense to incorporate customers, press, suppliers, employees, stakeholders etc.). Also as a tool for systematic brand advancement and a platform for business communications.
This technology gives the client full control over site content and media from a private area. It facilitates a broad range of publishing, communication and brand development objectives. This system can be integrated into a variety of open source Internet software systems: bulletin board, project management, help desk etc. This establishes a platform for highly branded and customized business systems.
Other solutions are available, but for most organizations the costs and complexities were prohibitive and most solutions look very “canned” and are not very sophisticated or customizable in their branding capabilities. So we have developed the Market Conversation System an easy, cost effective solution. With many stand-alone features and an architecture supportive of custom features.
